By using BreakPoint, you agree to these beta terms and the Community Guidelines.

Beta eligibility

The current pilot is for adults age 18 and older. BreakPoint may change, pause, or remove beta features as the service develops.

Your account

Keep your account secure and provide accurate, non-misleading profile and match information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of your notes and uploads. You give BreakPoint the limited permission needed to store, process, and display content according to the visibility settings you choose. Only post videos and material you have the right to use.

BreakPoint intellectual property

Except for content submitted by users, BreakPoint—including its software, visual design, branding, and original site content—is owned by Draugrnaut Softworks and protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of BreakPoint or permit copying, distribution, or derivative use except where the law allows or Draugrnaut Softworks agrees in writing. Third-party names, services, and content remain the property of their respective owners.

Matches and leagues

League points and honors are recreational community features, not official ratings, prizes, or governing-body records. Shared results require confirmation where indicated. Manipulated results, duplicate accounts, coordinated point farming, and impersonation are prohibited.

Real-world play

BreakPoint helps people connect but does not supervise matches, verify identities, inspect courts, or guarantee another person’s conduct. Meet in public venues, tell someone your plans, and use your judgment.

Suspension and termination

BreakPoint may restrict accounts or content that threaten safety, integrity, availability, or the rights of others. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Beta disclaimer

The beta is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, BreakPoint is not responsible for indirect losses or injuries arising from off-platform play.
